A beautiful vintage glass LE Smith (Smith Glass) Moon and Stars Amberina Candy Dish with Lid 5204. This vintage dish is in impeccable condition with no chips, cracks, flakes or other damage. The amberina glass has a flame like coloration going from a deep cherry red, to orange and then yellow tones. The moon and star pressed glass pattern is ornate and this covered compote or dish presents perfectly. We show it on an end table for size and in our last photo with measurements.
Our measurements should be fairly close to what the book measurements are but sometimes we are a hair off depending on how we measured compared to how they measured. This lovely bowl stands about 7 1/2" to the top finial of the lid and 4 1/2" to the rim of the bowl. It measures 6" across the bowl opening.
This piece can stand alone or would be great in a grouping of other pressed and Art Glass pieces.
