Refund / Exchange Policy

We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable and we want to earn your continued business. Most of the items we sell are Estate items over 20 years old.  We take many photos to show you the condition of every item.  Antique and Vintage items are not new. If you have questions on any item or need more photos, please do not hesitate to ask.  All questions will be answered quickly and honestly.  

VINTAGE and ANTIQUE ITEMS

  • Vintage and antique items are not sold on approval and in most cases a final sale (no exchanges).
  • In the event of a return, buyer is responsible to contact us within 3 days of item receipt (based on tracking information).
  • The return must be authorized by our shop in writing. 
  • The returned item must not be in the condition it was received (it can not be modified, sized, altered, cleaned, repaired etc.)
  • Vintage and Antique items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Package  tracking on your return is strongly suggested. 
  • No refunds for failure to pay International Duty Tax. 

NEW ITEMS

  • Are clearly marked NEW in the description
  • We must be notified in writing of your intent to return within 3 days of receipt requesting a full refund or exchange. 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (no modifications, tag removal, removal of packaging, with no evidence of wear or use
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Package tracking on your return is strongly suggested.
  • No refunds for failure to pay International Duty Tax.
