This is one sweet piece for your French Country decor or teacup collection. Vintage Royal Standard Virginia Stock chintz pattern in pink and purple (lavender) pansies with bright metallic gold trim. We love the shape of the handle - very romantic. This English bone china cup and saucer set will go well with your other Virginia Stock pieces but try mixing and matching your chintz for a pops of color throughout your home.
The teacup will hold 6 oz and measures 3 3/4" across the opening of the cup. The footed cup stands 2" tall and the saucer measures 5 5/8" across. This set is in Very Good Condition with no chips, cracks, flakes or repairs. Very nice condition for 1950-60s piece. The metallic gold trim is nearly perfect.
We see no crazing and the only discoloration we see are a few small spots from production. A really gorgeous set.
