Late Victorian Stereoscope Viewer Card from The Whiting View Co., Cincinnati, Ohio - Twentieth Century Series. This antique image is numbered 2553 - "At the Sea Shore" and depicts a view of a crowded Boardwalk at Coney Island by the Sea Shore. You can see the attire of the Victorian Edwardian men and ladies and see some of the interesting signage for shops and curiosities like "Talents Told".
The card is on buff colored cardstock which is rigid and curved as it should be for a card of this age. This card is in Fair Condition. No rips or tears. Some peeling from age. It has tanning and discoloration from age and use as well. The photographic print remains clear to the eye and has a sepia tone. We took several photos of the card to show its condition. It measures 3.5" X 7".
