Great looking vintage memorabilia from the Fulton Rotary Club in Fulton, NY. This small banner has 10 different pinbacks and buttons and we believe from the 53rd Convention sometime around 1962.
The condition is Good+ for it's age. We note one stain and pin holes on the satin fabric but odors, rips or tears present. The banner has a wooden dowel that it hangs from and it measures 9" L X 8" W not including the hanging cord.
