Each dessert plate has a very pale blue glaze and as mentioned above hand painted and artist signed - see all of our photos. The mark on these plates is c1969-1984 based on the history we have gathered, these are from the 1970s. The condition ranges from Good on one to Very Good on the other. There are NO Chips, Flakes or Cracks. There is faint crazing with faint discoloration on 1 plate. and the other one is perfect. The hand painting on both is vivid bright and clean. You may subtle difference is each artists take on the design it is what makes Quimper Faience so valuable and unique.
Both plates have the same makers mark stamp as shown in the photos. One plate has the following F - form number and D - Decoration number and the Artists initials or the Artist and Supervisors initials.
