Bureau of Explosives for USA and Canada 1977 Hazardous Materials Regulations Excerpted for Railroad Employees. This vintage small size manual measures 6.75" X 4.5" and in is very good condition with minimal wear seen and no odors, missing or loose pages. Very nice clean copy.
This would be a great piece for the railroad collector or train enthusiast. There is a really nice section of all the hazardous placards used on trains at that time and a double-side fold out chart at the back. The book is dated 1977 in several places including the cover.
