Once I saw these antique saw horses, I knew someone could make a ridiculously cool industrial farmhouse table or desk with them. I have been doing this a long time and I am always amazed at the antique craftsmanship of pieces like this. Something most likely used every day for a tradesman was made with these interesting cut out letters. There is an "S" on one side of each sawhorse and an "H" on the other side. Could be a an earlier manufacturer - I looked around a bit and found nothing remotely close. Or these could just be something made with a tradesman's initials. Regardless of the who, how or why, they are unique and after a nice glass top is added this will be a focal piece in your industrial farmhouse home or loft. This could also be used to make a cool display table for your business.
Definitely antique (at least 100 years old). The wood has the best old paint on it. The legs come off so storing and shipping is a breeze.
