This antique sterling silver thimble by Ketchum and McDougall has an area on the front for engraving a monogram or initials. It will make a wonderfully personalized gift for someone special. The fan design is beautiful and in my opinion Ketchum and McDougall made some of the nicest antique American thimbles. The thimble measures approximately 3/4" tall.
This thimble is in excellent antique condition with no dings or dents. We have hand polished it and there is just enough patina on it to give the design some depth. This thimble is marked with number 9 for size.
