Vintage c1950s West German Mercury Glass Clown Christmas Ornament. This clown ornament stands 4" tall, 2" across the widest part of his body and has a profile depth of about 1 1/2". He is in Good+ Vintage Condition with no chips, cracks or flakes. His cap is original and marked West Germany. We checked under cap because most of the older ornaments get chipped under there but this one is all good. His body has almost all of his shiny cream color and is trimmed in gold at the buttons and cuffs. His hat and boots are bright red. There was probably other colors at one time that have worn off from age. Overall a really nice vintage find.
