A beautiful vintage Italian Yellow Roses Tole Chandelier. This 1960s lighting fixture will definitely be the focal point of wherever you choose to display it. We took it down working so we know it works but dropped one of the bulbs. It takes regular flame style chandelier bulbs. It will go well with many decorative styles including French Country, Cottage, Shabby Chic, Blue and White Decor and any of your romantic styles.
The yellow roses are beautiful and the bright green leaves swirl around the fixture highlighting them beautifully. There is the sticker where this was purchased in 1975 but it was purchased at that time as an estate fixture from the 1960s Italy.
I did a light cleaning, and it looks great. With a little more cleaning up it is going to be amazing. We note no damage to the actual metal toleware fixture. One of the plastic candle covers is chipped around the top edge. They still make replacements for these, and they cost about $1.99. I would probably replace them all so the plastic is not yellowed.
The chandelier stands 22" tall and spans 23" wide (fixture only not the chain). It comes with 40" of chain which can be adjusted to suit your needs or replaced if you want to use a metal tone instead of the off white provided. The overall color on the chandelier is more of a winter white than a pure white. We have a pure white living space and if the candle covers are replaced you will be able to use with anything from white to cream without it clashing. This would also be stunning with your blue and white decor.
This would be a stunning piece in a kitchen or dining room, but I can see this being worked into a vanity or bathroom as well.
