Vintage AB Crystal Jewelry Set is crafted of the most dazzling sapphire blue and emerald green crystals. Aurora Borealis, AB Crystals give off an iridescent glow and in these colors it is simply spectacular. You will receive all three pieces of this 1940s set.
The necklace measures 16" from end to end. Our model is average size and has it hook on the very last part of the chain and is is comfortable. You can add a chain extender on this easily if you need more length. They sell them here on Etsy very reasonably. The AB crystals give off the best array of colors. The necklace is strung using chain link toward the top and the strands are strung in clear plastic cord (which we like it is much sturdier than old cloth).
The Bracelet, is two strands and on a flexible wire cuff so it should fit virtually any wrist size. The width of the bracelet across the two rows of beads is 3/4". It looks great on. The earrings are a clip on with a screw back. Our model has pierced ears and she can comfortably wear them.
This parure is in Good+ Estate Condition. The crystals are dazzling and in Very Good Condition. The only flaw we see is that 1 rhinestone on the necklace clasp is missing (a simple repair) if its even worth bothering with. I'm not sure it will be noticed as we did not notice it the first 2X we went over the set. You see this pointed out in our photos. Otherwise remarkable for its age.
This is one of those sets you can wear to the office or pull it together with your favorite jean jacket and watch the WOW ! Something about authentic vintage does it every time.
