If you love some bling than this 1950s AB (aurora borealis) Crystal Necklace is perfect!! Triple strands of graduated faceted beads radiate iridescent colors of pink, purple, blue, green and yellow. This exceptional piece is also adjustable in length from about 18-20". It is in Good Estate condition - see all of our photos.
The metal chain with the trailing beads is done in brass. The necklace is strung on a sturdy cord, some type of thin nylon/plastic (which is much much sturdier than when we get these strung in a cloth fiber). All rhinestones are present on the clasp ends. The hardware that holds the rhinestones is a bare white metal. The back of the setting is really the only place where we can see some wear. The setting with the rhinestones was probably plated with something silver and shiny at one time. This is on the back side so not a huge deal. For 70 or more years old this is really an exceptional crystal piece.
