1949 Fall Consistory Masonic Medal worn by Elmer Lindgren. This medal and placard are crafted of solid brass with a gilt finish. We did not polish only did a wipe down so you could see the natural patina. Condition is remarkable for 71 years old. See all photos for details.
The round lower section of the metal metal has the fraternal double eagle and above it there is a black and gold enamel 32 in a triangle for the 32nd Degree Scottish Rite. There are also two slanted red enamel crosses on either side of the triangle representing membership the 33rd Degree in the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite as well.
This medal is crafted of solid brass with a gilt finish over the top. The gilt finish will polish up but we left with natural patina. The medal measures 1 7/8" across the top of the metal name placard and measures 2 7/8" in total length. The name Elmer Lindgren is typed on a piece of paper that was somehow slid into the placard frame. There is no glass or plastic protection in front it. The placard reads "Madion 1949 Fall Consistory" and the hanging round metal at the bottom reads "William G. Hales Class" .
The back hardware is a simple "C" catch closure which is working perfectly. This piece will come in a gift box and includes shipping for our USA customers if you choose standard shipping at checkout.
