Antique 1870s Stereoscope Viewing Card "Winter Scene, Niagara" from Niagara, NY. This real photo viewing card was published by The Continent Stereoscopic Company. It is roughly 150 years old and shows signs of its age but can still be viewed. There is tanning and age spots.
This card is a slightly different size than most of the 20th century stereoscopic images we have seen. It measures 7" long X 4 1/4" tall. It will fit your standard stereoscopes.
