Great looking vintage southwestern leather belt and buckle combo. The buckle is MASSIVE and beautifully crafted by Squaw Wraps c1970.
The body of the buckle is heavy nickel silver ... weighing in at 122 grams! It has real Indian Head (coins) Pennies on the front. It also has two turquoise stones and three coral stones in saw tooth settings. There is a fantastic applied brass Indian Chief on the right side. The buckle measures 4 1/2" across withe a height of 3".
And if that wasn't enough awesome cowboy style the leather belt is just as nice. Attached is a tooled leather belt with Thunderbird and Diamond designs. The belt measures 50" from end to end with the belt holes notched at 38, 39, 40, and 41 inches. You can add additional holes to wear this smaller or even a little larger probably a comfortable 44" to leave room to buckle. The belt has a 1 1/2" width. If you want to put another belt on this buckle you can remove the existing belt. The leather belt is in great vintage condition with only minimal wear seen where the holes for buckling are (see photo). It is not bad wear just signs of being used. The buckle is in very nice condition with just the right amount of patina.
This is great gift idea for the guys that love true vintage country western style. We have several vintage buckles in our shop check them out here.
