A lovely vintage Fenton Art Glass rose bowl made for LG Wright in satin honey amber cased glass. This Victorian style rose bowl has a crimped edge and beautiful hand painted florals on two sides. The front of the bowl has a larger hand painted decoration. The artist signature is near the back decoration. We were unable to decipher the artist but took a close up photo for you to view.
The color of this bowl is gorgeous and our photos are true in color. The hand painted florals are done in white, green and orange. This art glass rose bowl measures 6 1/2" across the widest point of the body and it stands 4" tall.
The condition is Good+. We see no chips, cracks, flakes or repairs. We note a few rub spots on the cased glass that has left light marks. The white inside of bowl shows some yellow marks from the casing process and few black marks most likely from something being dragged against it like a floral stem. None of the marks are gauges in the glass. They are faint but there. We give this an 8 out of 10 condition for that reason.
This is a lovely piece for the Fenton, Art Glass or Wright Collector and a beautiful piece for your Victorian or Victorian Style home.
