A beautiful large piece of Royal Haeger Art Pottery in matte pink glaze. This large pitcher or ewer marked RG-41 has a great Art Deco Style and can be used for a vase to hold silk or fresh flowers or as a wonderful display piece on entryway table or server. It is gorgeous from every angle and stands 14 3/8" tall!
The condition is Good+ with no chips, cracks, flakes or repairs. We note the finish looks a hair lighter near the top of the spout on one side of the pitcher (looks like it was washed more thoroughly in one spot than the rest of the body.) This is really difficult to see when displayed, and we mention for accuracy. This can be seen when handle is facing left but not when handle is facing right. I was tempted to see if I could even out by by scouring the rest of the piece but thought better of it because the body and glaze are just too nice overall, so I left well enough alone. The flash in our photos accentuates this more than is actually visible in person. If you look at photo 3 showing the ewer from the front you can see this is barely visible. A few light marks on pottery surface. Displays like a dream.
The ewer stands 14 3/8" tall and measures about 5 1/2" across the widest point of the body. It measures 7" across from handle to spout and has a 3 1/4" opening at the top.
