A wonderful vintage 4 pc set of Lefton China in the Blue Paisley Pattern. This lovely blue, teal and gold trimmed pattern is still one of Lefton's most collectible. The coffee or tea pot stands 6 3/4" to the edge of the pot or 9" to the top of the lid. It will hold 3 cups or 24 ounces of liquid. This piece is numbered 1972 on the base. The sugar with lid is numbered NE1974 and has the foil label from the 1960-1983. The label is faded but it can be read with a loupe. The sugar bowl stands 3 1/8" tall to edge of bowl and about 4" to the top of the lid. The creamer is also marked NE1974 on the base. It stands 3 1/2" tall and holds 5 oz. The undertray is marked NE2351 at the base. It measures 6 1/8" X 3 1/4". It could be used to place your teabags on or used as a tray.
The transfer is bright and clean with minimal wear seen. The gold trim is bright, clean and looks fantastic on the set. This would make a great gift for the coffee or tea drinker.
