This is a beautiful antique mercury glass Christmas Ornament made in Poland c1920-30. This large gold pine cone ornament has snowy detail and is a charming piece for your Farmhouse, Country, Traditional or Vintage Christmas Tree. It has it's original cap marked made in Poland. You can see it for size in our models hand. Really impressive.
This pine cone is large measuring 4 3/4" long by 2" wide. The only chip we see is the glass located directly under the cap. Those of you that collect ornaments know this happens more often than not with earlier ornaments. Luckily the cap hides its well. Otherwise no other physical damage to report. We see peeking through of the silvery mercury glass behind the gold in spots throughout the ornament. It displays like a dream.
