A big beautiful earthenware bowl with a creamy white slip glaze and blue tin glaze decoration. This antique bowl is the perfect decorative piece for your Farmhouse, French Country, or Primitive Decor. It will also work with mixed with transitional decors like our coastal decor shown in photo 2.
The items shown in photo 2 are to show the rest of the pieces of earthenware of the same color scheme from this estate collection. You will receive ONE bowl only.
This bowl is early and It is not perfect as you would expect from it's age but it displays beautifully. See all of our photos for a complete view of condition. This bowl measures 12" across the top and stands 3 1/4" tall.
The condition is Fair to Good (this is about perspective when an item is 200+ years old). There is loss of glaze at places around the rim. No chips at the rim. There is loss of glaze around inside of bowl see photo 3 left side. There are some popped pottery bubbles inside the bowl that are discolored. We see two tight hairlines on the back of bowl. We see on chip on back edge of bowl see photo 9 first chip. Also a loss of glaze to the right of the chip. The bottom of bowl, where bowl sits down,as a small edge chip.
If you are interested in the entire 5 bowl collection for decorating drop me a line. I will discount the entire set.
