Estate Blue Enamel Coffee Pot Coffee Kettle with Bail Handle and Insert CLEAN Farmhouse Decor
A wonderful vintage enamelware coffee pot or coffee kettle with bail handle and insert for brewing. This 30-40 year kettle is super clean inside and out with no dings or dents. The blue enamel has a light white fleck throughout. It will be lovely with your blue and white decor. It stands 8 3/4" tall with the lid on and will hold 60 oz or 7 1/2 cups of coffee (this is filled to the brim). I suspect this is a 6-7 cup pot comfortably. A great piece for your farmhouse, industrial farmhouse, country, lodge and camp styles.
Minimal wear to enamel is seen only at very edge of where handle joins pot. It is sparkling clean inside and out. The only thing we note is a little fogging to the color on the base. We did not try to clean it off and it may come off with a vinegar soak - I believe it is hard water mark. Since it is on the bottom and very faint I thought it was better to leave it alone
The pot stands 8 3/4" to the top of lid, without the lid it stands 7" tall. It has a span of 8" from handle to spout and a 4.25" across the opening. The insert is sparkling clean as well and I suspect this was never used for brewing.
