A beautiful diamond engagement ring does not have to cost a fortune. This is a lovely 1930s Deco Era ring with a transition cut diamond in a lovely 14k yellow and white gold setting. It is a size 6 1/4 and can be resized to perfection by your jeweler.
The diamond is a .10 carat with I color and VS2 clarity, a very nice stone. The stone is set in a beautiful illusion setting which makes it look larger. This was a popular style in the 1920s and 1930s. The band is done in 14k yellow gold and the mount and petal milgrain work is done in 14k white gold. It is marked 14kt inside the band for gold purity and has a makers mark of HD in a circle (we were unable to find any info on the maker).
Our model is showing it on her pinky finger for size. It can be worn with a traditional solid gold band or you can dress it up with a vintage diamond band.
This is a gorgeous ring that will make someone very happy. We have several vintage diamond jewelry pieces in our shop see our link to view what is in stock now.
