Beautiful pair of 1950s Brass Cherub or Putti Candlestick Holders made in Italy. These ornate candle holders have a wonderful antique brass finish and natural patina. We only did a wipe down and light hand polishing as we like the brass with a little patina but if you want them brighter you can polish them up more. These will go perfectly with any of your ornate decors including Hollywood Regency. We also like them with transitional and more modern decors for an added pop of gold.
The candle holders stand 9 1/4' tall with a 4' X 4" measurement at the base. They will hold a standard 7/8" taper candle as we have shown in some of the photos.
They can be used from the dining room table, to your entryway and would be lovely on your vanity or soaking tub. They are in Very Good++ condition for their 70 years with no chips, cracks or damage to the brass form.
