1940s Keystone Viewing Co. Stereograph Library Collection Tour of the World Volumes I through VI. This set includes 300 stereoview cards with the accompany "book" boxes, the stereoviewer in 3D and "A Trip Around the World through the Telebinocular in Three Dimension Pictures" hardbound book.
This set contains some of the best real historic real photographic images from nearly every US State and many world countries. The cards are crisp and clean and each card has a full historical description on the back. There is everything from Presidents to Monuments to exceptional WWI photographs.
There are 3 full boxes of cards. And one box which contains the viewer. The outer boxes which look like books are only in fair condition with staining and edge wear, but they have done their job and protected the images perfectly. The black and white images are crystal clear and look wonderful with the 3D viewer. I selected a few cards to show you condition, I wish we had more than the allowed 10 photos to show you more. The set has additional boxes you can pick up, but this will be a great start. Each card measures 7" X 3.5" and has historical information on the back.
We have put the cards in numerical order but the set does not run straight from 1-300 and it is my understanding that the complete set of 600 cards had numbers that went through 1200. I have no way of telling if each card goes with the intended volume. The cards are beautiful.
You will not find CLEANER stereoview cards. These are wonderful and a superb addition to your Stereographic Library Collection.
