A complete set of six RF France Veritable Porcelaine Goblets of famous French Chateaus (Castles).
The goblets are in Very Good++ Condition with no chips, cracks, flakes or other damage seen. There is no crazing, discoloration or wear to the porcelain or transfers. Each goblet stands 5 1/2" tall by 2 3/4" across their tops. These are super clean inside and out.
Each goblet has a crisp and clean white porcelain background and is trimmed in bright metallic gold at the upper and lower edges. The transfers of the chateaus (or castles) are beautifully done with the name of each castle in script in French below the transfer. These goblets hold 6 oz and would be perfect for wine, dessert wines or cordials. You will receive all 6 pieces as shown.
We were unable to find the exact maker, we researched for several days over a week. Based on the style, by several French Limoges factories we can accurately date between 1950-1960s. You can view the makers mark in our pictures and each piece has this mark on the base in metallic gold.
These would be lovely on a set table and would also make a wonderful display on your vintage bar, bar cart or cupboard when not in use. They will go with several styles including French Country, Country, Cottage, and Hollywood Regency.
