A great vintage silver plate ring by Holmes & Edwards / International Silver. This vintage ring c1957 is a size 7 but it is somewhat adjustable and will fit a 6 3/4 to 7 1/4 by gently bending.
The ring is in Very Good estate condition. We only did a light hand polishing and steam, leaving some of the natural patina on the ring. The patina shows off the scroll heart pattern beautifully. If you want to have it brighter it will polish up nicely. Any bright spots seen are reflections from our flash.
This ring is marked 1847 Rogers Bros and IS for International Silver but the pattern, Silver Fashion was produced only by Holmes & Edwards / International Silver. So this is a little bit interesting - they most likely shared the same factories for production or possibly it was originally going to be a Rogers Bros. pattern.
