A beautiful big vintage Cat Cameo ring in 14k yellow gold made in Naples Italy. This is a unisex style that can be enjoyed by both men and ladies. This ring is signed by the maker M & M Scognamiglio of Naples Italy on the back of the cameo and is in beautiful estate condition. The cameo is large measuring 1" in height by 3/4" wide. The shell carving is gorgeous and we show in one of the photos how translucent the shell is against the light. The shell is peach in color and the carving is cream almost a winter white. The setting is marked 14k, Italy and *561NA (which is the maker mark and date for Scognamiglio in Naples c1984). The setting is guaranteed to be 14k gold as stated.
