There are so many places this Art Deco Era Cherub Pendant Light Fixture will work. This vintage 1930s hanging light has a wonderful gold tone finish on metal. The romantic ornate satin glass shade has raised decoration of vine boughs and florals. The existing chain can be removed so can add the perfect length to fit your space. It comes with the original ceiling cap.
The fixture alone, without the chain and cap, measures 12 1/4" and is approximately 5 1/4" at it's widest point across the shade. It now has a 9" of chain . The ceiling cap measures 5" across with an approximate depth of 1 3/4" (from ceiling to outer surface of cap). The gold metallic finish has a natural light patina which you want to see from a piece of this age (about 90 year old). There are no chips, cracks or flakes anywhere on the shade or fixture. One side of the shade has some light gray/black markings(see photo). We did not spend a lot of time trying to remove. I did a quick wipe down and tried a Magic Eraser on it and it lightened significantly from what it was and at that point I left it alone. I'm not sure how noticeable it will be lit up near the ceiling. It takes a standard screw in light bulb or screw in LED bulb. I don't think this one will last long it's a beauty.
