A wonderful vase for the lover of antique Talavera Spanish earthware pottery. This colorful vase has a beautiful polychrome glaze with bright colors in yellow, cobalt blue and green. This vase is Very Good estate condition. There are no chips, cracks or flakes and the polychrome glaze has stood the test of time so well. This piece will go well with so many styles including Southwestern, Hacienda, Spanish, Mexican, colorful Farmhouse and vintage just name a few.
Each piece of Talavera is a work of art. No two pieces are alike as they are hand painted. The vase stands 9 1/2" tall with a 4 1/2" measurement across the top. My wife explains that this is the perfect size vase for fresh flowers. Not too big and not too small. It displays beautifully and the colors are AMAZING!! We would build an entire decor off of these colors - they are visually stunning together. This vase is signed on the base with the letter CW or possibly CM we were unable to find the artist.
