1960s Buck Knives Sharpening Stone Arkansas #135 Original Cedar Box, Vintage Hunting Collectible
A great vintage collectible by Buck Knives. This Buck Knives Sharpening Stones #135 comes with it's original cedar box. The box and stone are in Very Good estate condition with minimal but expected age wear. We took plenty of close up photos for you to see how well this 1960s sharpening stone has stood the test of time. This would make a fantastic gift for the hunter, fisherman (or woman) or anyone into outdoor sports that likes to keep a nice sharp knife.
Arkansas natural stones are genuine silica “Novaculite”, indigenous to Arkansas. They come in different grits and have abrasive properties well suited for knife sharpening. The stone is secured inside the cedar box and it measures 5" X 2" with about a 1/4" depth. We note a small chip on one of the corners for accuracy otherwise we see nothing else. The cedar box when closed measures 5 1/2" X 2 1/2" with a 1 1/4" depth.
