This is an incredible find for the lover of antique porcelain and fish serving sets. Signed by Bernard Bloch Eichwald Porcelain from Czechoslovakia and dating right around 1920. You will receive all 10 pieces shown.
The platter measures 20" X 9 1/4" and stands 1 3/4" tall. There are no chips cracks or flakes to the platter. There is one faint line on the fish transfer. We note for extreme accuracy. The gilt trim on the platter is visibly present with a wide band but upon close inspection you can see some fading to the edge from age. Again for 100 years old this is normal and expected wear.
The 9 plates measures 8 1/2" across and stand 3/4" tall. They are in beautiful condition with no chips, cracks or flakes. The gold trim is present with a few spots of wear hear and there but nothing major. There are 5 different fish types on the platter and plates. There are repeats of some patterns and only 1 of others. From what I can see - bass, trout, walleye and I think catfish.
A remarkable antique fish serving set! We will get it to you safely using a double box method and plenty of packing materials.
